Sending and returning equipment.

Dispatch is$12.95 below$200 in equipment value before a club saving. At$200 or more, dispatch is included. Your current tray shows the calculation before the order is recorded.

Provide a complete delivery name and address. A studio or company name is optional; include it only where it helps identify the recipient.

For a return question, contact support@burratelier.shop with the reference and product name before sending equipment. Retain the original packaging, included parts and instructions while the question is resolved.

If an item arrives damaged or a burr carrier does not match the ordered model, stop before installation and describe the issue. Do not post an appliance to an address that has not been supplied for that return.
